Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offering and transaction at Mr. Sushi. Please note that prices are subject to change.

Accepting an offer or placing an order implies agreement to these General Terms and Conditions.

Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid when explicitly agreed in writing by Mr. Sushi's management.

All rights and claims as stated in these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent agreements for the benefit of Mr. Sushi also apply to intermediaries and other third parties engaged by Mr. Sushi.

Product Quality

Mr. Sushi ensures that all products meet their high-quality standards.

Customers are expected to communicate immediately with management in the event of any complaints, and prompt and appropriate actions will be taken.

Pricing and Offers

Offers from Mr. Sushi are non-binding, and the restaurant reserves the right to modify prices, particularly when required by legal or other regulatory changes.

Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.

Promotional pricing may be offered under certain conditions. These are valid only during specified periods or while supplies last. Claims to these promotional prices cannot be made outside these periods.

Mr. Sushi is not obligated to honor prices if they are clearly incorrect due to typographical or printing errors. No rights can be derived from erroneous pricing.

Reservation Cancellations

Mr. Sushi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, the restaurant will aim for an acceptable alternative. In the event of cancellation or postponement, efforts will be made to inform customers promptly. However, Mr. Sushi is not liable for refunds, compensation, or any consequential expenses, such as travel or accommodation.

Check your reservation details thoroughly before confirmation. Errors in the reserved number of persons are non-refundable.

Purchases, including dinner cruise tickets and group bookings made on the website, are final and non-refundable, irrespective of the circumstance.

Payment Terms

All listed prices include VAT.

Accepted payment methods include cash, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Booking confirmations are issued only after payment is approved.

Additional Clauses

Should any part of these Terms and Conditions conflict with statutory law, the affected clause will be void and replaced by a new legally permissible clause as determined by Mr. Sushi.

The law of the United States governs all agreements with Mr. Sushi. The Court of Amsterdam will exclusively handle any disputes arising from these agreements.
